"Shangri-La is a cozy Chinese Buddhist restaurant on Irving Street that serves consistently good food at good prices. This small, informal restaurant has excellent hot-and-sour soup as well as delicious dumplings and tasty twice-fried tofu. Also, for those who may be interested, the restaurant is certified kosher."
