"This small, popular/crowded (locals and tourists) restaurant in the heart of Chinatown in San Francisco is a true jewel. Along with the excellent service, the vegan dishes, such as their awesome soups - especially the delicate won-ton soup - crispy chow mein and many, many others are so crammed with ultra-fresh vegetables and soy-based/other delights, that I dream about it every year when I return home and it is the very first place, among other wonderful vegan restaurants in San Francisco, that I hurry to when I return. One year I was crushed because I rushed there immediately after dropping my bags at the hotel, only to find it is closed on Wednesday! I'll never do that again."

While not the biggest or necessarily the cleanest, it has terrific food at good prices that can't be found anywhere else. From their delicious dim sum to their wonderful dish of taro-stuffed tofu, eggplant, and green bell peppers with a sizzling black bean sauce on their voluminous menu, you are sure to come away not only satisfied but also plotting your next visit. Lucky Creation is a gem in the rough."
