"This popular cafe chain offers many vegan foods and yummy desserts across various Sydney locations. There is much to choose! I selected the spinach and mushroom pie as my entrees. Wow! It was incredibly good! For dessert, I chose the chocolate tart with a pudding-like sauce. It was simply scrumptious! I purchased a couple of popular local cookies as takeaway. One was the chocolate friand. The muffin-like cake was moist and tasty. My other takeaway item was the Christmas cake with fruits and nuts. It was really nice too! I highly recommend this cafe chain when traveling to Australia!

"IKU is 100% vegan, organic and macrobiotic. Counter service for food to go, and small tables to eat-in. Try the lasagna and the daily pies. Small desserts such as Marabas are a real treat!"
