"The food is by far the best food I have ever eaten. The portions are great and the price is just right. I have never eaten anything there that I didn't like. The employees are always nice and helpful. There was a guy there with a beard that was very helpful to me to help me figure out what I wanted to order. I think some of the other people there called him Nathan. At any rate, he was very helpful and should be acknowledged for his great work in this fine eating establishment!"

"I have been a longtime regular at Rosetta's. The food here is incredibly flavorful with a wide assortment of vegan entrées. The baked tofu and avocado sandwich is to live for! And the vegan cakes are beyond belief! I also adore the vegan mac 'n cheese, the peanut butter tofu and the delectable smashed potatoes with granny's gravy and mouthwateringly delicious greens on the side. I could go on and on for the menu seems endlessly delightful. It's my fave place to hang out in Asheville. Full of colorful characters with a pleasantly funky atmosphere. Yum yum!"

"Although I'm not vegan, my partner is and I must say this place has to be one of the best restaurants in Asheville. The pancakes, breakfast burrito and mac and cheese are wonderful! This place is proof that eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up great tasting foods."
